DELIVERY POLICY :

Now, we are providing our services all over India. Some products need more time for preparation. Sometimes, courier will be delayed. If you didn’t get the product within the mentioned date and courier delayed because of any reasons, we will support you throughout the shipping process. We will send the products safely through courier. If it get damaged during transit, our management will not be responsible for it. But we will support if you contact us immediately after receiving your parcel. If the shipping box got damaged, you should take photo or video while opening and apply for return immediately (also send that photo or video to us). If you apply for return lately, it will be risk for you. If you want your product before the normal delivery time, you can contact our support team before booking an order (For any function or other emergency situation). You can call us, check its availability and then place order. We can arrange to deliver you manually before normal courier time so that you can avoid uncertainties.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT/REFUND POLICY :

We will try to deliver you the best product and if you feel to return product then we have a 7 days return policy. Cash on Delivery option is not available right now.  

SUNGLASSES AND ZERO POWER COMPUTER GLASSES :


There will be a 7 days return/replacement/refund policy for sunglasses and Zero Power Computer Glasses. We will refund the amount paid by you for Sunglasses and Zero Power Computer Glasses except Courier charges (we will subtract the courier charges from the amount paid by you). If you are decided to return our product, don’t use it before returning and don’t make it as an old product and return it as a fresh product as we sent it to you. You should apply for return/replacement quickly within 24 hours after receiving the product. The 7 days includes the time taken to reach us again. After receiving the returned product, we will check whether it is the same product we sent to you and in the same good condition and other accessories (box, cloth, catalogue, etc.,) we sent to you. If it is in same good condition only, we will refund your amount. The product should be in the same condition as we sent so that we can sell it again. If you used our product and applied return policy, there will be no return or refund or exchange. Customer satisfaction and trust are more important to us. We need all of our customers’ happiness so that we can’t get used product from you and we won’t sell used product to anyone. If you are fulfilling the above conditions and applied for return, then you can get amount paid by you. If you have ordered sunglasses or Zero Power Computer Glasses and decided to cancel the order thereafter, you can cancel the order before dispatching. 

CONTACT LENSES :

If you ordered Toric Contact lenses and Power with Color Contact Lenses and want to cancel your order, you have to cancel it within 12 hours and if you ordered Spherical Power contact lenses and Non-Power Color Contact Lenses, then you can cancel before dispatching. Because the power (cylindrical and axis power) you have ordered won’t match with anyone. This is why you should cancel within 12 hours (for Toric Contact lenses) otherwise it can’t be cancelled. There is no return option for contact lenses except Non-Power Color Contact Lenses. You should apply for return/replacement quickly within 24 hours after receiving the product. The 7 days includes the time taken to reach us again. If you are decided to return our product, don’t use it before returning and don’t make it as an old product and return it as a fresh product as we sent it to you. After receiving the returned product (Non-Power Color Contact Lenses), we will check whether it is the same product we sent to you and in the same good condition and other accessories (box, cloth, catalogue, etc.,) we sent to you. If it is in same good condition only, we will refund your amount. The product should be in the same condition as we sent so that we can sell it again. If you used our product and applied return policy, there will be no return or refund or exchange. If you are fulfilling the above conditions and applied for return, then you can get amount paid by you. We will refund the amount paid by you for Non-Power Color Contact Lenses and except Courier charges (we will subtract the courier charges from the amount paid by you).  

PRESCRIPTION GLASSES :

If you ordered Prescription Glasses and want to cancel your order, you should cancel it within 12 hours. After 12 hours, you can’t cancel your order. If you are not satisfied with size of the product after receiving, you can return it. We will give you full refund for frame. But we won’t do anything for your lenses. We can’t reuse your lenses. You can also select other frame for the same lenses. If you do so, we will fit it with your lenses and send you back. More importantly, you can select frame for the lens shape you have already selected (same shaped frames can be fitted to your lenses). We will always try our best to deliver you best product. We will also show you recommended products while you are buying. We will always provide you the correct lenses according to your measurements. If you didn’t provide correct measurements, then there is no replacement for that product.  

PROGRESSIVE LENSES :

Some lenses, like Progressive lenses need some days (nearly 2 weeks i.e., 7 days) for checking its adaptation. We will always provide you the best adaptive lenses only. If it can’t adapt to you, we can replace its lenses (for the same frame, lenses are replaced by other lenses and is only for free form progressive lenses). But there is no return or refund for these products. Also, replacement will be done only for the product which has warranty. We will always provide you the correct lenses according to your measurements. If you didn’t provide correct measurements, then there is no replacement for that product.
